When you opt-in to the newsletter service you will be asked for your name and your email address. Your name and email address will remain private and will only be used to send you newsletter updates.

When you use our ecampaign service you will be asked for your name, your email address, and your message for the intended recipient(s). Your name, email address and message will remain private and will only be used to send your message to the intended recipients of the ecampaign.

There are two exceptions to this rule, however, and that is 1. when the petition is submitted to its intended recipient, or 2. if we believe in good faith that we are required to disclose your personal data in order to comply with any applicable law, a summons, a search warrant, a court or regulatory order, or other statutory requirement.

Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by our Internet Service Provider. The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will take all reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data.
